I would thus predict that, in a multicultural/transnational business environment, the transfer, withholding and
manipulation of knowledge will be used as a means by individuals and groups to justify and consolidate their position
through the strategic expression of identity. Furthermore, these same actors will affect others through withholding or
reinterpreting aspects of this knowledge, thus at the same time forcing new identities upon other groups, and reacting to the
