Update the knowledge of new IT technology solutions and provide suggestions (if any) for any improvement of network infrastructure, server workload, data backup, IT security by keeping in view of the cost-effectiveness, economical value and the optimum business operation efficiency.

• Install, configure, maintenance, upgrade and repair of all IT hardware and software, back up of databases and website management. Manage the access right. Assess the IT security risks and implement the measures for the optimum security protection and to meet the international IT security standards. Provide helpdesk assistance to the users while using the IT systems and facing problems, and customize the software such as SAP (if possible) for the arising requirements.
• Search and select suppliers / vendors, contact for specification discussion and price quotation from at least 2-3 suppliers / vendors for price comparison and negotiation for reasonable price, but with good quality, submit all relevant information for order processing, and ensure the inspection of the delivered goods to meet the order specification requirement.
Update the list of IT assets and the list of licensed software in the company. Responsible for sending IT hardware and peripherals for repair at the service centers. Work together with Finance & Accounting Department for IT asset control and inventory physical check
• Help IT Manager to provide the training on the IT policies, directive or the guideline and the usage of the existing or new software applications to either new staff or the existing staff in order to develop their skills or if requested
• Provide IT helpdesk support to users either in hardware or software applications. Provide onsite-support at branch offices at least 2 times a month. Support users in efficiently using SAP and fixing problems. Assist IT Manager on creating, revising the MIS reports and retrieving, extracting the data from SAP database.
