Lead in contracts matters for the ground services division, creation of contract proposals, and management of each new contracting project
Implementation of a system to track and monitor service partners’ performance, including but not limited to service level agreements, meetings and surveys
Edit, analyse, formulate, and revise ground services policies and procedures
Creation of Training presentations and conduct training on ground policies
Oversee the maintenance of clear records of trainings conducted at all stations
Optimise the use of available human resources through development and training of staff, effective deployment of available manpower
Management of projects and ensure goals are achieved in a timely and effective manner
