Since the foundation of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (HUSO) in 1978, HUSO has grown rapidly. To achieve the goals of education, the Faculty was restructured in 2006. The previous eight diverse academic departments were reformed into four core programs: humanities, social sciences, languages, and information management. These four core programs offer 27 degree programs, ranging from undergraduate to Ph.D. levels. The Faculty offers international programs which include Ph.D. in Development Science, B.A in Thai as a Foreign Language and B.A. in English.
