2. Warranty
2.1 The Employee hereby confirms that the employment application, any information and supporting documents submitted to the Company true, accurate and complete, and they shall be regarded as part of this Agreement.
2.2 The Employee acknowledges that working for the Company requires honest, faith and trust as basic needs. The Employee warrants that the Employee has no criminal record, misconduct and/or working record which may create any problem to the Company. The Employee agrees and consents the Company to check on medical, criminal record, and work history and allows the person who verifies such information, to report the results to the Company
In case the Company acknowledges after confirming the offer of employment that the Employee has previously committed a crime and/or has been under ting a crime, except accused of committing an offense by negligence or petty offense, which the Company indicates that it will not the work of employee, and/or has record and/or work history which may cause any problem to the Company and/or the Company finds out that information on the application or from the interview provided prior enter Agreement is incorrect and/or the Employee does not submit any complete and true document and/or evidence to the Company, the Company has the right to terminate the Agreement immediately and the Employee has no right to claim any benefit and/or amount of money from the Company.
3. Probationary Period
The Employee acknowledges that the Company must be at liberty, during the initial period of employment, to assess the Employee's ability to perform the duties Accordingly, the Employee understands and agrees that the first three (3) months of employment shall constitute a probationary period during which period may be extended at the option of the Company, and during which period the Company may, in its absolute discretion, terminate the employment, for any reason.
4. Place of Work
The place of work shall be the Company's office and at such other places as the Company shall require whether on a temporary or a permanent basis. The Employee in the performance of duties be required to travel, from time to time, on the Company's business.
