During the study, there was completely no product recovery when feed was not added with maltodextrin. Most products were found deposited on the dryer chambers and cyclone with dark yellow appearance and could not be recovered. The formation of product on the walls was due to the high stickiness nature of product (Fazaeli et al. 2012). The stickiness problem could not be solved by just changing the drying temperature alone. It was not possible to produce within the temperature range available without the use of a carrier (Caliskan and Dirim 2013).
