The owner of unit 38/65 has submit drawing to modification of his unit and some past effect the exterior of building. requires permission from majority of co-owners (according to the building regulation section 9 and 9(a)) To permit any Co-owner to do any construction or modification of his Private Porperty which shall affect the Common Property or the exterior of the Condominium at the expenses of such Co-owner, So the management will have arrange the extraordinary meeting for all owner to approve this modification The meeting will be held on Saturday January 30,2016 from 14:00 p.m. to 14:30 p.m. at the juristic person office , 2nd floor bldg.
