explains 61.54% of the decisions to sell on international markets.
The university education of the manager is a necessary cause, present
in both of the causal combinations that show considerable coverage.
These results are consistent with those of Reid (1983); Axinn (1988),
and Bernard, Jensen, Redding, and Schott (2007).
