I encourage parents to be part of the classroom
and their child’s learning by offering a range of family
involvement options. Families can provide information
about their home culture and traditions, share
resources and stories, or come to the classroom to help
with a cooking project, science experiment, or art activity.
Involvement is fl exible so that families can help in
the ways in which they are most comfortable.
