The displacement properties of the analyzed PCD sample (7BB-20-6) were obtained by the presented LDS based measurement system. The post-processed measurement of a vibration displace-ment dependency on a frequency under the excited signal with anamplitude of 1 V is shown in Fig. 5. The frequency range of the mea-surement is 0.5–35.0 kHz and the step of the swept-sine signal is100 Hz.As it can be seen in Fig. 5, a resonance frequency peak froccursat 6.9 kHz with the maximum displacement value of 0.518 m innarrow frequency interval between 6.0 kHz and 8.0 kHz.
