Hello, I keep running into a problem in Milestone where when viewing video the server suddenly loses connection to the camera for 1-2 seconds then resumes. Sometimes it happens 1-2 times per minute and sometimes its 9-10 times per minute. When viewing live, the status will change from "Recording" or "Live" to "Stopped" and the screen will go black and display the message "The server has lost connection to the camera". When viewing that same span of time in playback the video will freeze for the amount of time the video went black in live view.
I've run into this problem in XProtect Go, Essential, and Express; with computers ranging from Pentium to Xeon processors. I thought it might be related to network bandwidth but at one location I'm only running 4 2mp cameras and nothing else.
On the computer, the network and CPU utilization are fine (the CPU only jumping up if I open the smart client locally) and in other software I don't have the same issue.
Feels like I'm missing something obvious but just can't figure it out.
