Everyone has their bad habits, and some of behavior or habits are my bad habits that I spend way too much time on the internet. I tell myself only for working but the last I spend too much time on Facebook. Moreover , I eat snacking non-stop, even when not hungry. Consequently, I'm putting on weight. So, I must stop doing bad habits and I honestly want to commit to what I promised myself . Finally, start enjoying a healthy and happy life today.
