Seeing high penetration of the mobile technology in
Indian life, many corporate bodies and even government bodies
are using the medium to reach out to people. The significant
growth of wireless and mobile computing technologies has
caused the conversion of the delivery of knowledge through the
digital learning from distance learning(d-Learning) to
electronic learning(e-Learning) and ultimately to mobile
learning(M-learning) model of today.M-learning is seen as
either an extension of e-learning which traditionally meant
learning that takes place at a computer or a completely new
paradigm that lets someone learn anywhere and at any
time.Deegan and Rothwell(2010) give a definition of mlearning
as “ Learning with the aid of a mobile device”. They
classified M-learning into five categories in terms of usability
aspects and these classifications include-Learning
Management, Supportive, Content-Based, Context-Based and
Collaborative.
