During the pre-intervention stage, the researcher set an initial meeting with the Operations Manager, and one of the supervisors primarily responsible for new hire trainings. The themes discussed were the goals and objectives of the organizational development interventions and the implementation of the survey. Individual meetings with the researcher and all the outlet supervisors and the commissary/kitchen followed. During these meeting, several observation views, insights, complaints and suggestions were discussed. Getting more understanding on the current condition of the firm, an orientation was given to the respondents after which questionnaires were distributed. They were given a week to answer. Data treatment and data interpretation followed.
