In the beginning stages, I sense a strong family resemblance with Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino. There is also a basil note that is identical to the one in Lime, Basil and Mandarin. The bitter neroli resembles the one in the original Chloe, and it is the longest lasting, most noticeable note in this composition. It is very zesty and it tickles the back of my throat. So much that it bothers me a bit. It strikes me as modern fragrance with a classic feel. I asked my boyfriend if he would wear it, and he said it is "pretty on me, but too floral and feminine for him". I have two samples and have worn it daily for about two weeks to see if I should get a full bottle. While I find it pleasant, I am not sure what else to say about it. Not planning on buying it.
