These doubts are linked directly to the fact that
three participants did not want to participate in the
second phase of the test and five participants that
took the test, were not willing to continue using the
app for a longer period of time. This means that the
MFP app has problems in engaging its users.

reliability is fundamental when achieving usability of
a device [5]. The reliability problem of the MFP app
is related to the list of inconveniences that
participants encounter when they have to add food
to the app. There are two ways of adding and
monitoring the food and both ways highlighted a
series of inconveniences that directly affect the
usability and experience of the users.
