Hardware readiness (Fail)
Below are the hardware availability and system testing after today on site audit:
FIO system testing (OK)
Monitoring system testing (Fail)
• PC station for end sew is not ready. Workers have to move the basket from end line to the sewing incoming scan point to scan for sewing completion.
• One check point in today audit has been failed when scanning the basket for reporting status. Local IT still checking for the reason.
Poly bag sticker and order ID label printer (Fail)
• Missing polybag sticker printer in packing location for printing sticker order by order
• Failed in today audit in printing order ID label
GPL system testing (Fail)
Fabric inventory readiness (Fail)
• Suppose all MTM fabric should have an individual barcode tag attached to each fabric roll for FIO scan pick and return to inventory. However, found most of the fabric roll still have no bar code tag attached.
• Fabric roll in shop floor still not be returned back to warehouse local physically and update in M3 system.
• The process flow on how to cut and issue fabric physically order by order from warehouse to cutting are still not be ready yet.
In addition to the above KPIs, we would like to highlight our concern on team resource allocated to support for go live in the coming 2 weeks especially for the coordinator(Koosak) and IT (Watcharee). Strongly recommended to have both of them to be fully delegated to support till the new system process running stable and smooth during parallel run and after go live.
Our team Wai Kuan will continue to work onsite with MCL team for system testing and audit tomorrow. Will keep you all posted on the update.
