I have discussed with P’Goong on below topic, and would like to summarize the following:
• Promotion of daily to monthly is treated as promotion – no need tor reissue new employment contract
• Year of service from TPL company will only effect to termination benefits as agreed during the conversion from TPL to Daily UL
• Other benefits which is related to year or service will be counted only from the time that they are monthly employee. These benefits included, provident fund, Long service award, annual leave, retirement or any other benefits that only available for monthly employee.
• No further probation required, continue to count 6 months from the date they were in daily status
• ES to maintain year of service date for 2 purposes above.
