For fatty acid composition analysis, triacylglycerols in the oils were converted into the corresponding fatty acid methyl esters and analyzed by GC (Hewlett Packard 5890A) equipped with a DW-wax column (30 m x 0.25 mm I.D. x film 0.25
μm, J&W Scientific, USA) with a flame ionization detector (Liaotrakoon et al., 2013). Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas. Peak identification was based on retention time comparison with a standard chromatogram.
