C.I.S.P.R.: The Comite International Special des
Perturbations Radio-electriques (International Special
Committee on Radioelectronic Interference) is
an IEC committee that develops standards for EMC
(CISPR 22). Requirements are similar to those of
the FCC, with significant changes in frequency
limits and the specification of “average” limits for
