(mean=3.65) which indicates that according to the visitors’ opinion accessibility of the
museum is not well customized to the needs of specific groups of visitors. The visitors’
highest perceptions were noted regarding new technologies that make the museum visit
more interesting (mean=4.83). The overall mean score for service quality perceptions
items was 4.38. This score indicates very high perceptions of museum customers
regarding the service quality.
