Job Description
Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member or handle in appropriate manner
Meet and Greet the visitors
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to : photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
Order and maintain relevant office supplies
Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between suppliers/visitors/enquiries and relevant staff, and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal or written instructions
Receives and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
Perform HR document
Prepare Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, Material, Materials Services Personnel Requisition form
Perform receive vendor billing and settle vendor cheque and other finance duties as require.
Vehicle Management
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:-
Female, Thai Nationality Only , aged between 20-30 years
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent through experience
Good command of written and spoken English
Computer literacy especially in MS Office
Dynamic and to the point
Independent, multi-task and able to work under pressure
Team player
Immediate available is preferred
