As shown in Fig. 1, there was a PMMA film on the device-holder
of the cassette. After putting the three layer paper chip on the
PMMA film, the syringe pumps were opened and 5.0 mM H2O2
and 0.5 mM luminol were pumped through the two tubes using
the same speed. When the chemicals passed through the tee they
mixed together and one drop (10 μL) was formed at the pipette tip.
When it dropped onto the paper chip's surface, the CL signal was
detected by the PMT and the signal was recorded by the ultra
luminescence analyzer.
