Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading team to achieve the business goals of wholesale roaming business, i.e. maximize inbound roaming revenue/ optimize outbound roaming cost/ enhance satisfaction of end customer and roaming partners/ strategize, leverage relationship, and facilitate collaboration with alliances (Conexus, Vodafone, etc.) and other roaming partner to maximize profit to True.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Monitoring/Analyzing revenue/cost/usage/P&L of inbound/outbound for IOT deal/negotiation in relation with the relevant factors and provide suggestion to team or directly lead negotiation with roaming partner + all relevant stuff for International roaming business with roaming partners.
Create strategies and actions to establish and improve collaboration with Alliance and strategic partners, including but not limited to International Roaming business in order to maximize the benefits of True.
Work with internal/external cross functional teams (including support to retail team) to facilitate collaboration with other roaming partners.
Provide other research and analysis reports as assigned.
Job Qualification:
Master Degree in Finance/ Business Analysis/Statistical Analysis/Mathematic/related field is preferable.
2 Years in marketing/data analysis/research/financial analysis/account management/business development/partner relations, and alliance development.
Advanced Negotiation and influencing skills.
Fluent in English: Very High Level, spoken and written.
Communication skills and capacity to build transparent relationships.
Analytical, logical / strategic thinking.
Complex problem solving.
Inter personal skill.
Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and to work comfortably with some ambiguity.
Executive maturity; ability to work with a variety of professional levels among various companies.
Outstanding team building and team working, Results and objective oriented.
Excellent Financial Analysis and Pattern Recognition skills.
Project Management skills.
Knowledge of the technological tools and IT.
MS Office (deep knowledge of MS Xcel).
International business experience is appreciated.
Appreciation and understanding of cultural differences; multilingual a plus.
Experience with contracts, working with Legal teams, clarifying commercial conditions and ensuring agreements are sound.
Knowledge of wireless industry a plus.
