Responsibilities
• Take care for employee relations activities of assigned area to ensure harmony, legal, and efficient of human resources operation.
• Coordinate with ER Duty team to ensure work flow, ongoing & pending tasks, and ER records in place.
• And also liaise with Government authorities; Workmen Compensation, and Labor department, and etc.
Qualifications
• Male or Female, 23 years old & up.
• Bachelor degree in HRM, Political Science, or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and Employee Relations. Aviation industry is preferably.
• Good command of English both writing and speaking, and PC literacy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
