I am a General Manager of international convention centre located in Phuket, Thailand at Le Méridien Phuket beach resort. I get E-mail from my friend today and he require to have convention 1 year after this and in this event will have many client from many countries to joint so I will start to plan about what he want. I will working with professional teamwork because I
can not do it alone and I want them to consult and offer comments to brainstorming. We should know about what the client need and want. We will try to survey and find about internal and external environment then do a research about the need and want of different nationalities, and the old type of convention centre. Then we will improve skill from the marketing concept into work. We will select the most research by segmentation and do it very well. If something happen during the time we will change a little bit something to apply and do it better than another place by use the marketing strategy. For example if one or two days before the convention start have earthquake at the hotel I think I will provide the new place for convention because it can make sure and confirm to client that they will safety and be happy but I must inform to my friend and them before they come hastily . I will choose the chain hotel at
Le Méridien Chiang Mai because it easy to communicate during working and I will go to Chiang Mai with my colleagues to control this event. When this event start I will check and asking about what they want more than I provide to them. I should to have a quality of networking and control by technical . If something about networking wrong I can solve immediate problems by use backup plan to give them impress and have a good memorize for this event.
