Unfortunately what we believe to be true of organic food labeling, there is definitely room for improvement. As consumers we must be willing to voice our expectations of farmers and suppliers to live up to the organic standards and guidelines that we are willing to pay more for .Again, we do this by voting, or better said, not voting with our money.
