He also present his authority in appropriate way and do not take advantage of lower-level employees. As a leader, he motivate and encourage the workers to perform in happy conditions by giving them a rewards that cause higher productivity. As a liaison person, he acquiring and sharing the information both inside and outside through social network, and exchange it among workplace.
In the information roles, Mr.Thammanun acts as the monitor role to seek the information from outside through newspaper and social networks to keep track of customers, competitors, and innovation technology that may affect to his company.
