Regarding to this booking, we did send you a cancellation requet sincde 2 Dec 2014 and asked you to allow us to cancel this bookign without penalty charge. However, we never receive any feedback or reply for you whether we can cancel this booking or not so that is why this booking status is still confirm and not cancel yet and we never confirm cancellation to the customer as wait for your reply.
Kindly advise did you provide the room for the customer or not? If not, would that be possible to cancel this booking without penatly charge?
