The unit's OEM lock is ACTIVE and I nor anyone else at the shop knows the password. The default password "BSS" does not work, and whoever set up the rack in the late 90s is long gone from the company. The rack this unit came from was purpose-built for a turnkey system not meant to be modified, and we never had a need to deactivate the OEM lock. It seems like you can modify the programs despite that, but I don't know enough about the inner workings of these things to say for sure. I have not called BSS tech support so maybe they have a solution to do a hard reset.
That being said, and due to its age, I am selling this processor AS-IS, NO RETURNS, but I can guarantee it will not be DOA.
Shipping cost includes $15 for a really nice purpose-built laptop shipping box from FedEx that is perfect for shipping rack units.
