Build a Culture of Acknowledgement

I now focus on how I can get my team members to do more
of what I want them to do instead of trying to
figure out how to get them to do less of what bothers me.
It has been my routine now to announce the good things we
had done at night during the morning meeting, and many
times recognize individuals in front of everyone. The entire
team feels good about this and has since felt like I am
championing for them!
