4. Stocks are found and physical stocks > system stocks:
4.1. Request a GRN from STAR 360 for the SHORTSHIPPED quantity
4.2. The Receiving Admin will then create an ASN based on the SHORTSHIPPED quantity as per the Returns ASN Creation process.
4.3. SMART System will receive and put-away stocks to good location immediately.
4.4. Upon receipt of the Goods Receipt Against PO report, STAR 360 will manually adjust the stocks in Model System location.
