You are in a party of 16 people attending a staff Christmas party on 15th
December. You notice very early on in the evening that the room feels cold. You
enquire about this and are told that the air conditioning is still on.
You are dining at 7pm so arrive at 6.15pm. Your group was called to eat at
7.45pm. All your guests are cold and hungry.
You all had to fetch your own food from the carvery and then carry hot plates
through a crowded room. The group had to wait half an hour after the main
course was finished for the waiting staff to take the dessert orders.
You have spent over £800 on the evening for your staff and feel very let down.
You ask to see the restaurant manager. How should the restaurant manager deal
with this complaint?
