If you do not take responsibility for the freight and other costs, your company really does not care for the further problems after sales and ask everything to the importer.
Then, what is our benefit to sell your products in Thailand. We spend a lot of money for claim and we pay most of them by ourselves. (I only asked you some of case such as Denso project)
This is very big claim and you should be more serious. I need your confirmation to take responsibility of costs for this problem. Otherwise, we will stop selling your products in Thailand, and just follow up until all the warranties are expired. For all the projects going on such as Denso, LIXIL, and some big company, I just introduce other induction lamp distributor in Thailand.
For this big claim, you really should take care all the costs.
