For example, honey groups ZMH 9-ZMH 11 had L* value
ranging from 23.7 to 24.9 but their phenolic and flavonoid contents
ranged from 1290.6 ± 2.3 to 1383.9 ± 3.7 mg GAE/kg and 586.4 ± 1.6
to 609.2 ± 1.9 mg CE/kg respectively; compared to groups ZMH 1
and ZMH 8 which had L* value ranging from 61.5 to 62.2 with
phenolics ranging from 479.2 ± 1.1 to 491.4 ± 1.5 mg GAE/kg and
flavonoids ranging from 85.5 ± 1.8 to 94.1 ± 0.7 mg CE/kg (Table 2).
