By the way, FedEx have to settle and keep monitoring about express release mention belong to Chevrolet Sales (Thailand) Ltd. or acct. # 3366-6080-7.
Therefore, we already keep reminder to our all supplier to choose only service mode as “Intl Priority” for every FedEx shipment dispatch.
Anyway, we are not allow FedEx to customs clearance by Express release shipment except got authorize from CST for clearance yet.
However TH-FedEx station should be set up internal process to control/preventive this problem that maybe happen again in case supplier still choose wrong service mode to us as well.
