*Remarks* : - In case the “Buyer” has paid the deposit already, the “Buyer” and the “Seller” have no right to terminate the contract.
- in case the “Buyer “ defaults the contract requesting to terminate buying while waiting for approval from the Supalia (public) company caused by the “Buyer” would like to cancel the buying, the “Buyer” consents the “Seller” to forfeited the down payment in item no. 1 immediately.
- in case the “Seller “ defaults the contract by terminating the selling while waiting the approval or will not come for signing of the right transferring with in same day that the Supalai (public) Company make an appointment with in “Buyer” for signing of transferring of owner right of such the condominium. by the default event or that termination is not caused by the “Buyer” and the Supalia (public) company, but caused by the “Seller” himself/herself, the “Seller” consents to refund the deposit in item no. 1 back to the “Buyer” in full amount and the “Seller consents to compensate damages to the “Buyer” in the amount of two times of deposit payment as in item no. 1 immediately.
