I think the best way to deal with all customer service e mails is you deal with them as most of them are to do with money.
If there is a question or enquire you do not know the answer to you let Barney and myself know and we will confirm between the three of us who is dealing with it.
So Barney and I will think you are taking care of them all unless you e mail both of us telling us you are not doing it because you do not know the answer.
