The Cable Loss fields are used by the software to determine the signal attenuation due to coax cable losses between the antenna and the Cable Entry Panel. Fixed Loss is typically set to 0 dB, but may be changed if fixed RF attenuators are installed in the antenna feedlines. Type refers to the specific coax cable type used to connect the antenna to the Cable Entry Panel (i.e. the coax cable that runs down the antenna tower and over to the Cable Entry Panel of the equipment shelter).
