Two major limitations of this study are anchoring on the definition and dimension of knowledge transfer capability and the researcher experience. Firstly, this study is limited to describing the meaning of knowledge transfer capability, conceptually. Empirically, the knowledge transfer capability is studied by focusing the phenomenon in multi-level of analysis in term of knowledge transfer management or some time al so call knowledge management (KM) as a whole. No research have been trying to define and provide the dimension of knowledge transfer capability. However, the purpose of this research as a whole has been to obtain a deeper insight and understanding of both the individual and firm specific capabilities by developing a theoretical model and providing both positive effect and negative effect to the knowledge capability based on the multinational corporations studied. lastly, since this is the first time that I, as a researcher, have has a chance to conduct a conceptual paper myself, some limitations and error might base on the lack of experience. However, this limitation could be solved via learning, time, and useful advice from experienced researcher.
Finally, it is hope that scholar pursue these and related research avenues so that our understanding of knowledge transfer capability is sufficiently enhanced.
