The adoption of or organic production and processing is highly determined by market demand.Therefore, this reflected in consumers perception and attitudes towards organic food products. This research draws on a survey of 390 respondents. Results indicated that the main reasons for purchasing organic food products an expectation of a healthier and environmentally friendly means of production.
