As reviewed, there are a few points its difference from the previous process
1. In case we are able to contact consignee and they are not intend to clear cargo, so we would request abandon letter from consignee (only) and going to abandon process but in previously process we needs 2 abandon letters that from consignee & shipper before abandon process.
2. In case of we are unable to contact consignee and shipper no need their cargo back then abandon letter from shipper is enough for abandon process.
3. Blacklist customer will be done with consignee after we are unable to contact consignee and evaluate needs. Please advice if consignee was handle by Lead Thai who can be approve/process on this?
