Below, please find status update on respondent recruitment for Customer Experience Measurement (CXM) Project ka:
• UPC: Completed. The Regional Managers and Zone Managers kindly helped make appointments with all the required respondents already ka. The fieldwork with UPC respondents will be completed on June 14th.
• BKK: Incomplete. For 18 customers in Bangkok, RM Team is in the progress of making appointments with the respondents for us ka. The target deadline of interview completion is June 15th.
