Your direct manager will fill in your evaluation in the system. This evaluation will be reviewed by your indirect manager (i.e. the direct manager of your direct manager), and then you will be invited to an evaluation feedback meeting. During the meeting, your manager will present you with your performance evaluation and the level of achievement of your goals. During the meeting you will also discuss your training needs, professional development and goals for 2015, which will be the base for the next evaluation process.
Once the feedback meeting will be conducted and your comments will be documented in the system, you will receive an invitation mail with your personal user name and password, in order to log into the system. You will be requested to review your full evaluation, including your manager’s comments and summary of the meeting, as well as those from your indirect manager.
Once completing this phase, you will be requested to confirm conducting the evaluation meeting and you may insert additional comments as well.
If you encounter problems logging into the system, please contact your HR BP or HR rep.
