There have been several severe inconsistencies related to the annual visa renewal of Marc Jenni’s domestic helper Gae. You have facilitated this visa renewal together with an external agent. The fee for this visa renewal was inflated and beyond any current market rate.
You have grossly overstepped your job authority as a domestic helper and messenger. You are not in any position to negotiate or agree on any services or fees with external service providers on behalf of Child’s Dream.
You have severely compromised any trust we have so far placed in you by trying to collude with Gae on her inflated visa fee. This is fraudulent behavior.
You have lied to us when saying that no official receipt can be obtained from the visa agent. The agent, however, confirmed to us that he can issue receipts and this covering a currently common visa service fee of THB 7,500.
When it transpired that you had cheated with an inflated visa fee, you even had the audacity to suggest to Marc Jenni’s domestic helper by phone to resign from her position to cover up your fraudulent behavior. You promised paying her the amount of THB 15,000 if she resigned. This is outrageous.
You have grossly overstepped your assigned job authorities, violated the Child’s Dream Code of Conduct which you signed on 3 April 2555, fraudulently meddled with a private employment relationship between the President of Child’s Dream Foundation and his domestic helper and you have neglected your daily work duties while trying to cover up your wrongdoings.
Your behaviour in this visa case is unacceptable. You have grossly violated most basic Child’s Dream principles of honesty and transparency.
This is your only warning letter. Should you in the least violate any other Child’s Dream regulations or policies going forward, your employment contract will be terminated immediately without any further warning letter.
We expect absolutely impeccable working behavior, including proper working hours (5.5 days/week) and high performance as to any duties assigned to you by your supervisor.

I, Nan Nyein Khan, have read and fully understood the content of above warning letter. I understand that any further wrongdoing will have as a consequence that my employment contract with Child’s Dream is terminated immediately.
