To evaluate the proposed research model, we observed one of the world’s leading automotive parts suppliers throughout its implementation of an e-Recruiting system. The organization has upwards of 50,000 employees in more than 100 locations and generates several billion euro in revenues each year. We surveyed the 150 HR professionals responsible for the recruiting process. In the following section, we describe the implementation settings and survey instrument used to validate the research model. We then present the results of the model validation.
