am sorry if I have caused you a lot of work and some inconvenience for this ticket. The reason for the first changing of dates was that, as you maybe remember, my original booking request was cancelled due to no seats available on our preferred date. I then changed dates to the next day. However this was not really good as we'd have to stay an unwanted night on Langkawi and miss out on one of our already prepaid nights on Lipe. I then checked with a fellow traveller on TripAdvisor and he pointed out that bookings can also be made through Telaga Terminal. Since this is our first time travelling from Langkawi to Lipe we did not know all the details of how the boats run, and if this is even the same service? However, I managed to book through Telaga for our wished date, the 3rd of February. First I checked your Terms and Conditions that I agreed on when buying the ticket. It says that it is possible to cancel with 90% refund 10 days before travel, and that it's forbidden to cancel one leg if a return ticket. Therefore I booked the return with Telaga as well, knowing that I had to cancel the whole trip with you. I must say that I am a little surprised that you claim that what is written on the voucher is the correct condition. The voucher is issued after a completed booking. If you want the ticket to be non-refundable, you can't state in the Terms and Conditions, and make the customer agree on, that it is in fact refundable before making the payment, and then change the conditions after payment. Ticking the box of terms and conditions means that the customer and the company have an agreement on them. I am sure both you and a lawyer would agree on this. Or do you interpret this situation differently?
