polarizability coefficient. It sets how much it is possible
to change a charge patterns. This coefficient means
efficiency with which the acting AC electric field is able
to induce a dipole moment in molecule. Because the
vector μi has other direction than vector E, the electric
polarizability can't be a scalar but it is a tensor
