Please be advised we currently have an issue on the Thailand E-Tax platform whereby transactions sent from the Revenue Department will fail when sending to RBS. The issue was caused by an IP change at the Revenue Department last week, however we missed the notification and the corresponding change was not made on RBS side. We are working with the Network team in the UK to resolve this as soon as possible. Client Services advised there are currently 3 external clients still using the E-Tax platform with 1 known transaction due on 15-Oct-2015. I’ll keep you posted on the progress
