Now we don’t know schedule planning job of technician, we don’t know how many customer pending , appointment date. It’s no answer and update situation, why ? we don’t technician to go on site late in the morning.
For spare part , as previous meeting need 2 or 3 days in advance for K.Yui to key DN and K.Keng to prepare spare part , why no have planning ? please understand that email 3.30 pm is too short to do. Please help to organize in advance.
As my previous email, we need technician to clear document and money day by day, if in warranty attach warranty card or invoice. We have discuss this many time.
Now some day no have job sheet of some technician, what it mean ? did they working and where and why no job sheet to send.
